		<description>Thanks Kitchen Cookware! If you haven&#039;t used your pot in a while, and if the clay is at all porous, you may have to temper it. Fill it about 1/3 way with water, put it in a cold oven, then turn the oven to 350. Leave it in their for 3 or 4 hours, then turn the oven off, leave the pot in the oven and let it cool completely. Then it should be ready to go...</description>
